Animal Kingdom Park HoursThe Disney World Animal Kingdom park hours are a little more predictable than, say, the Magic Kingdom. Still, Animal Kingdom park hours can vary during the month (even day to day at times), so it's helpful to know just what to expect. Keep in mind that because this park involves animals (which need a set schedule for feeding, etc.) the park hours tend to be the shortest of any of the four main theme parks. This is where the Disney park hopper tickets come in handy! You can spend the day at the Animal Kingdom theme park, stop for dinner, then scoot over to one of the other parks for fireworks! No fireworks for the Disney Animal Kingdom Orlando, park -- the animals wouldn't appreciate it. Animal Kingdom does have a great parade, though, and you can find the parade hours here. (Looking for Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney Hollywoord Studios (MGM), Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon park hours? Check out the main Walt Disney World Park Hours page for the details!)
Keep in mind that if you are staying at one of the Walt Disney World resorts, you are eligible for the Extra Magc Hours program, at no additional cost. The Extra Magic Hours lets you have an extra hour in the park either before or after normal hours!

Search This SiteDisney World's Biggest Theme ParkThe Animal Kingdom is Disney World's newest and largest theme park. And it is large indeed! You cannot see it in a day, because the attractions are quite a distance from each other. Relax. Have a good time. Get a park hopper pass and come back for another half day, then a different park with fireworks that night. Enjoy the magic and wonder of Disney!
